In the heart of the North-West province along the borders of the planes of the land of the vanishing rivers renowned for being a predators’ paradise, the red dunes of the Kalahari boasts a vibrant wildlife.  It is also here where you will find Mignoné Jacobs a fully certified Image Consultant, Stylist & Make-up artist where she lives with her husband, Keadie, daughter, Anjuné, and son, Keadie Jnr, on a farm on the outskirts of the settlement of Setlagole.  Initially from Potchefstroom, Mignoné matriculated from Potchefstroom Gimnasium and embarked upon a career in administrative finance by heading off to the purple Jacaranda carpets of Pretoria.  But this is not where her story starts …

Op 16 September 2023 het die AP kerk op Ottosdal ‘n damesdag aangebied. Die tema was: Kom kleë jouself in kleur met styl, kos en klere.  Mignoné Jacobs was ons motiverings spreker en haar boodskap het gehandel oor leef in vol kleur. Haar uitkyk op die lewe het al die dames inspereer om weer mooi te voel oor hulleself, as jy weet watter kleur en styl pas by jou kan jy met klein veranderings asemrowned lyk.  Sy het ook ‘n kleur werkswinkel aangebied wat die dames baie geniet het.  Leef daarom naby aan ons vader en dit sal altyd met jou goed gaan.

Wow, wat ‘n ervaring ek sou regtig elke liewe vrou aanraai om so iets te laat doen, mens dink jy kan sommer self die kleure klere by jou gesig sit, maar dit is totaal anders wanneer iemand dit vir jou doen en vir jou idees gee van hoe om aan te trek en wat by jou liggaams vorm pas. Na so ‘n sessie kry ‘n mens ongelooflik baie komplimente.Dis die klein dingetjies wat ‘n reuse verskil maak. Dis regtig elke liewe sent werd. Ek het besluit dat ek my jong dogters op ‘n vroeë ouderdom gaan bederf met so iets, sodat hulle vroeg kan leer om reg aan te trek. Ek voel baie meer selfversekerd wanneer ek nou gaan klere koop, want as ‘n item nie in my kleur is nie, is dit soveel makliker om hom net te los, want ek weet hy gaan net in die kas hang. Selfs my regte bra grootte maak ‘n reuse verskil.  Mignoné baie baie dankie vir jou tyd en jou profesionaliteit dis absoluut die moeite werd.
